Malanga
Bursting with starch and of tropical origin: malanga also know as eddoe is a carrot that is gradually gaining prominence. The appearance of malanga is reminiscent of a coconut: brown with a hairy skin. After preparation, the nutty flavour of the eddo stands out in particular
